I am in Houston for a checkup. A couple of changes in my RLS medicine has me sleeping much better. The Ruxolitinib seems to be doing its job well. All in all, I am pleased. At least I am pleased tonight…I may be less so after my checkup tomorrow, but I expect good things.

I turned 60 on July 4. Nearly every physical limitation I have can be traced to being 60. Even with them, I am in better condition than most 60 somethings.

I’ll see Dr. Gooday and Nurse Alice in the morning. I’m sure they are filled with anticipation over my visit.

It was a nice drive over in the company of a beautiful woman.

My cup runneth over.
